Twilio will retire Frontline on September 30, 2026. On that date, calls to frontline-api.twilio.com will fail as the product shuts down.
What to use instead of these calls
Teams must decide on an alternative because Twilio is retiring Frontline without a direct API replacement. You can move to Twilio Flex or to a recommended mobile-first partner app such as SpokePhone, Quo, or Fastcall.
