/api/* → version retirement
Stopped working
On November 20, 2025, the legacy REST API was removed almost entirely. Calls sent to /api/* endpoints on git.sr.ht fail after this date. This change halts traffic to the retired REST interface.
Calls it hits
/api/*
What to use instead of these calls
Call the GraphQL API at git.sr.ht/query instead. Requests must use an OAuth 2.0 personal access token generated on meta.sr.ht.
In SourceHut API's words
the legacy REST API has finally been removed (almost) entirely
