What to use instead of these calls
Call GET /_matrix/client/v1/media/download/{serverName}/{mediaId} with an access token; on matrix.org, media uploaded after the September 2024 freeze is only served there.

This API is deprecated and will be removed from a future release. Replaced by GET /_matrix/client/v1/media/download/{serverName}/{mediaId} (requires authentication)
