POST /api/bulk/articles changes: the unversioned path now serves API v4, not backwards compatible

Calls to POST /api/bulk/articles on DOAJ API stopped working on July 18, 2024.
What to use instead of these calls
Send bulk article uploads in the v4 format to POST /api/v4/bulk/articles; v1 to v3 no longer accept bulk uploads.

As previously mentioned on this blog, we will migrate to the newest version of our API on Thursday 18th July. The v4 API will become the “current” API version and be available at /api AND /api/v4.
