The Coinbase Pro API stops working
Stopped working
On September 11, 2024, the Coinbase Pro API at api.pro.coinbase.com was deprecated and stopped working. All requests sent to this host now fail. The provider announced and enacted this retirement on the same day.
What to use instead of these calls
Institutional accounts can call the same REST endpoints on the Coinbase Exchange API at api.exchange.coinbase.com. Retail users must move to the Advanced Trade API at api.coinbase.com/api/v3/brokerage, which requires new CDP API keys.
Coinbase Exchange is for institutional accounts; retail users move to the Advanced Trade API, with new CDP API keys.
