Visma Net API deprecated POST /v2/salesorder/{}/action/reopenSalesOrder without giving a shutdown date yet.

The provider deprecated the POST /v2/salesorder/{}/action/reopenSalesOrder endpoint without a shutdown date. Affected calls will eventually fail, as the provider plans for the deprecated endpoints to be permanently disabled in the future.

Move to the SalesOrder V3 API (the Sales Order Service API), which covers all necessary features.
