# The Voice Feedback Summary API stops working

Calls to /2010-04-01/Accounts/{}/Calls/FeedbackSummary* on Twilio API stopped working on December 31, 2023.

On December 31, 2023, the Voice Feedback Summary API reached end-of-life and stopped working. Requests to endpoints matching /2010-04-01/Accounts/{}/Calls/FeedbackSummary* fail after that day. The shutdown also removed the Feedback widget in Console under call logs.
