# PUT /v1/cases/{}/comments is deprecated

Transferwise deprecated PUT /v1/cases/{}/comments without giving a shutdown date yet.

Transferwise deprecated the PUT /v1/cases/{}/comments endpoint on August 10, 2026, without a shutdown date. Calls made to this endpoint will eventually fail. The change impacts any integration currently submitting comments to cases via this path.

## What to use instead

Use POST /cases/{caseId}/messages from the Cases API of the 2026Q3 global version instead.
