statistics.short.io deprecated /statistics/*, query parameter tzOffset without giving a shutdown date yet.

The query parameter tzOffset on /statistics/* endpoints has been deprecated without a shutdown date. Calls continuing to use tzOffset will eventually fail once the removal takes effect.

## What to use instead

Send tz with an IANA timezone name, such as tz=Europe/Berlin, instead of tzOffset in minutes.
