Squareupsandbox deprecated /v2/customers/{}/cards* without giving a shutdown date yet.

## What to use instead

Save cards with the Cards API (POST /v2/cards with the customer_id, POST /v2/cards/{card_id}/disable) and gift cards with the Gift Cards API.
