Reddit API deprecated GET /api/recommend/sr/{} without giving a shutdown date yet.

Reddit has deprecated GET /api/recommend/sr/{} without specifying a shutdown date. The endpoint is intended to return subreddits recommended for given communities. Following this change, calls to this endpoint fail.

## What to use instead

Reddit documents no replacement for subreddit recommendations. You must drop the call or find related subreddits another way, such as GET /subreddits/search, which requires more than a direct parameter update.
