# emails on POST /v2/members/search stops working

Calls to POST /v2/members/search, body parameter data.emails on Productboard API stopped working on April 14, 2026.

On April 14, 2026, the body parameter data.emails was removed from POST /v2/members/search. Requests that include this parameter fail since that day. The change eliminated legacy flat properties from the request body in favor of structured objects.

## What to use instead

Send the members filters in the structured data.filter, data.search, and data.return objects instead, such as data.filter.id, data.filter.fields.*, data.search.query, data.return.includeDisabled, and data.return.includeInvitationPending.
