# PATCH /connection/:connectionId/metadata stops working

Calls to PATCH /connection/:connectionId/metadata on Nango API stopped working on January 20, 2026.

On January 20, 2026, the PATCH /connection/:connectionId/metadata endpoint will be removed as all /connection endpoints are taken offline. Any requests made to this endpoint after that date will fail. The change was announced on August 20, 2025.
