Linear MCP deprecated /sse without giving a shutdown date yet.

Linear MCP deprecated the /sse endpoint without a shutdown date. The provider describes the path as a deprecated fallback for clients that do not support Streamable HTTP. Future requests to this endpoint will fail.

Connect to the mcp endpoint over Streamable HTTP instead.
