# autoConfirmSubscribers on PUT /v2/{} is deprecated

Instatus API deprecated PUT /v2/{}, body parameter autoConfirmSubscribers without giving a shutdown date yet.

The provider deprecated the body parameter autoConfirmSubscribers on PUT /v2/{} without a shutdown date. Calls that continue to rely on this parameter will eventually fail once it is fully removed. For backwards compatibility, setting it to true maps to NONE and false maps to REQUIRED.

## What to use instead

Send subscriberConfirmationMode with a value of REQUIRED, WELCOME, or NONE instead of autoConfirmSubscribers.
