Calls to /v23/* on googleads.googleapis.com stop working on February 1, 2027.

Calls to /v23/* will fail starting on February 1, 2027. Google is retiring version v23 on this date, after which requests targeting these endpoints will no longer be served.

## What to use instead

Upgrade past v23, keeping in mind that Google sunsets each version about a year after its release.
