Calls to header x-github-api-version: 2022-11-28 on GitHub REST API stop working on March 10, 2028.

On March 10, 2028, GitHub will retire the API version specified by the header x-github-api-version: 2022-11-28. Calls sending this version will fail after that date. Instead of processing the requests, GitHub REST API will return a 410 Gone response.
