Exa API deprecated POST /contents, body parameter highlightsPerUrl without giving a shutdown date yet.

The body parameter highlightsPerUrl on the POST /contents endpoint has been deprecated without a shutdown date. Calls that continue to rely on this parameter will eventually fail once it is fully removed.

## What to use instead

Control highlight length with highlights.maxCharacters instead of highlightsPerUrl.
