Duffel API deprecated /air/partial_offer_requests* without giving a shutdown date yet.

Duffel has deprecated all /air/partial_offer_requests* endpoints without a shutdown date. The provider is removing support for them in the next version of the API, after which these calls will fail.

Search with POST /air/offer_requests or POST /air/batch_offer_requests and book from the full offers they return.
