Docker Hub API deprecated POST /v2/repositories/{} without giving a shutdown date yet.

Docker Hub deprecated the POST /v2/repositories/{} endpoint without a shutdown date. The provider noted that the endpoint is replaced by Create repository. Calls to this endpoint will eventually fail once it is removed.
