Calls to /v1/cards* on Circle API stopped working on April 3, 2025.

## What to use instead

Card acceptance is no longer offered; take USDC deposits with the Crypto Deposits API (POST /v1/paymentIntents).

Circle no longer offers card payments: accepting cards needs another payment processor.
