BigCommerce API deprecated /stores/{}/v2/pages* without giving a shutdown date yet.

BigCommerce deprecated the /stores/{}/v2/pages* endpoints without announcing a shutdown date. Calls made to these endpoints will eventually fail. The provider stated that Pages V2 is officially deprecated.

## What to use instead

Use Pages V3 (/stores/{store_hash}/v3/content/pages) instead.
