# POST /api/templates/install/{}/{} is deprecated

Baserow API deprecated POST /api/templates/install/{}/{} without giving a shutdown date yet.

The provider has deprecated the POST /api/templates/install/{}/{} endpoint without a shutdown date. This call installs the applications of a given template into a workspace. Once removed, requests to this endpoint will fail.

## What to use instead

Call POST /api/templates/install/{workspace_id}/{template_id}/async/ instead and follow the returned job.
