Calls to /traffic/flow/* on Azure Maps stop working on March 31, 2028.

## What to use instead

Draw traffic flow tiles with Render's GET /map/tile?api-version=2024-04-01 and a microsoft.traffic.flow tileset.

Traffic v1 flow segment data has no direct replacement in Traffic 2025-01-01.

## Azure Maps's words

> The Azure Maps Traffic v1 service is now deprecated and will be retired on 3/31/28. To avoid service disruptions, all calls to Traffic v1 service will need to be updated by 3/31/28.
