# The Rules API stops working

Calls to /api/v2/rules* on Auth0 API stop working on November 18, 2026.

On November 18, 2026, the provider will remove Rules and Hooks, causing calls to /api/v2/rules* to fail. After that date, they will stop being executed and removed entirely. Requests targeting these endpoints will no longer work.

## What to use instead

Move your logic to Actions instead. Create them with POST /api/v2/actions/actions, deploy them with POST /api/v2/actions/actions/{id}/deploy, and bind them using PATCH /api/v2/actions/triggers/post-login/bindings.
