# The Real-Time STT API v5 and v6 stops working

Calls to /v1/projects/{}/rtsc/speech-to-text/* on Agora RESTful API stopped working on June 11, 2026.

Real-Time STT API versions v5.x and v6.x are retiring. On June 11, 2026, calls to /v1/projects/{}/rtsc/speech-to-text/* will reach end-of-life and fail. The provider deprecated these versions starting in June 2025.

## What to use instead

Move to the Real-Time STT v7 REST API. Start an agent with POST /api/speech-to-text/v1/projects/{appid}/join without a builder token, and query and stop it under the same prefix.
