Calls to /v5.0/* on 1inch public Swap API stopped working on August 11, 2023.

On August 11, 2023, the 1inch public Swap API shut down its /v5.0/* endpoints. Calls sent to /v5.0/* after this date fail. The change retired the public service and requires requests to use the developer portal infrastructure instead.

## What to use instead

Direct calls to the Swap API on api.1inch.com, such as GET /swap/v6.1/{chain}/swap. Moving requires obtaining a bearer API key from 1inch Business under its plans rather than merely switching endpoints.

The Swap API now needs an API key from 1inch Business, under its plans.
